WHAT WE DO

Using our 'Reawaken Messaging Sequence' that builds relationships and gets appointments on demand

You only Pay-per-Result (Someone saying ‘Yes, I’d like to book an appointment’)

Are you maximizing the value of your existing customer base?
On average it cost 5 times more to acquire a new customer than it does to sell new services to an existing customer.
We tailor our 'Reawaken Messaging Sequence' to your exact needs, and we will do all of the implementation so you don’t have to spend hours and hours learning some new software, or struggling to come up with the right words...
Good website copy doesn't start with the words.
Before I start writing, I want to understand three things: who are we talking to, what matters to them, and what do we want them to do next?
That's why my website projects often go beyond copywriting alone.
Depending on the brief, I'll research competitors, help sharpen the proposition, identify the questions and objections that need answering, and recommend how information should be structured across the page or website.
Then I write...
The result is copy designed to take prospects on a logical journey – from recognising a problem or opportunity, through understanding the solution and trusting the business behind it, to taking the next step.
That next step might be requesting a quote, booking a consultation, arranging a demonstration, downloading a guide or starting a free trial.
Below are examples from very different markets and audiences – from healthcare software and executive recruitment to automotive, digital marketing, professional services and lead-generation campaigns.
PPM Software: Making complex healthcare software easier to understand – and easier to buy.
PPM needed to differentiate its private-practice management software from larger competitors and appeal to two distinct audiences: consultants, and the practice managers and medical secretaries who use the system every day.
My involvement started before the writing. I researched competitors and their propositions, developed alternative positioning approaches, and planned a benefit-led website structure before writing the copy.
Rather than organising the homepage around software features, I focused on the everyday problems PPM could solve – from reducing no-shows and saving hours of administration to improving cashflow and patient care.
My role: Competitor research · Positioning · Website structure · Customer journey · Copywriting
Sector: Healthcare Technology / SaaS
Audience: Private consultants, clinicians, practice managers and medical secretaries
Objective: Generate product interest, demonstration requests and qualified enquiries
e-Business UK: Selling SEO to businesses that have heard all the promises before.
In a crowded market where almost every SEO agency promises better rankings, more traffic and more sales, e-Business UK needed a proposition that would help it stand apart – and overcome the scepticism many businesses have about SEO providers.
I researched competing agencies, helped position the business around expertise, transparency and a clearly defined SEO process, recommended a new website structure and wrote the copy.
Rather than simply claiming expertise, the website demonstrates it – addressing common concerns, explaining the agency's approach and offering prospects useful ways to evaluate their existing SEO before asking them to book a strategy session.
My role: Competitor research · Positioning · Website structure · Customer journey · Copywriting
Sector: Digital Marketing / SEO
Audience: SME owners and marketing decision-makers looking to improve their search performance
Objective: Differentiate the agency, establish trust and generate qualified enquiries
Vanarama – Business Assist: Turning breakdown cover into a business benefit.
For an SME relying on its van, a breakdown isn't simply a vehicle problem. It can mean missed appointments, unhappy customers, lost income and damage to its professional reputation.
My brief was to introduce Vanarama's Business Assist package and translate its individual features into the practical benefits that would matter to business customers.
The resulting copy moves beyond breakdown recovery and replacement vehicles to focus on continuity, reassurance and keeping customers happy – while making the offer easy to understand and the next step clear.
My role: Proposition development · Feature-to-benefit messaging · Product copywriting · CTA
Sector: Automotive / Vehicle Leasing
Audience: SMEs leasing or replacing commercial vehicles
Objective: Communicate the value of Business Assist, provide reassurance and support vehicle enquiries
We will reintroduce you to your past and lapsed clients, and make a compelling offer to tempt them to come back to you.
Often a 'Free Consultation' offer (or 50% discount voucher) will prove to be the most persuasive message. Or some other kind if free complimentary consultation or treatment will be enough to generate new appointments.

We organise all of the messaging and automate the follow-ups. We have proven that messages 2 and 3 will 'nudge' people into action, and maximise bookings.
When somebody responds asking for an appointment, you will automatically be notified. You retain control of staff calendars and your appointment system.

By reactivating lapsed clients, you will be able serve more people, and generate additional income.
This in turn leads to a more secure and sustainable business, and allows you to plan and prepare for the future.

Cesium: Starting with the leadership problem – not a list of recruitment services.
Cesium operates in the specialist world of executive search and talent consultancy for the global drinks industry, targeting senior decision-makers including CEOs, MDs and HR leaders.
Rather than opening the website with a conventional description of recruitment services, I structured the proposition around the business and leadership problems its prospects were likely to recognise – from under-performing teams and succession planning to finding and retaining senior talent.
The proposed customer journey then introduces Cesium's approach, services and credentials, while giving prospects different ways to engage through thought-leadership content, a downloadable guide and a consultation.
My role: Positioning · Website structure · Customer journey · Lead-generation strategy · Copywriting
Sector: Executive Search / Talent Consultancy
Audience: CEOs, MDs and senior HR leaders within the global drinks industry
Objective: Differentiate the consultancy, demonstrate expertise and generate senior-level enquiries
Jonathan Hooker Psychotherapy: Building enough trust for a hesitant prospect to take one small step.
Choosing a psychotherapist is a very different buying decision from choosing software or a business service. Prospects may be uncertain, vulnerable and unsure whether talking to someone will actually help.
I researched competing therapists and their propositions before helping position Jonathan as an experienced, approachable and non-judgemental practitioner.
The website copy starts by acknowledging how prospects may be feeling, helps them recognise their own situation through specific examples, explains what working with Jonathan involves and gradually leads towards a low-pressure exploratory conversation rather than demanding a major commitment.
My role: Competitor research · Positioning · Website structure · Tone of voice · Copywriting
Sector: Psychotherapy / Professional Services
Audience: Individuals seeking help with personal, emotional or relationship issues
Objective: Build empathy and trust, explain the service clearly and encourage initial consultations

These pages have one very clear job: to persuade business owners and other prospects to take one small action, such as downloading a guide or making an enquiry, with the headline, benefit-led content, previews, social proof and repeated CTAs all supporting that action.
